In 2009, Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment launched VEVO, a premium music video and entertainment service powered by YouTube. Mariah was featured in one of the commercials, singing the song “H.A.T.E.U.” from her 2009 album, Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel.
