On December 31, 2005, Mariah's was the first live music performance in Times Square in 24 years of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. She opened her set with “It's Like That” and performed “Shake It Off” and the “We Belong Together” remix with special guests Jadakiss and Styles P.
Mariah appeared on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on December 31, 2016, to perform “Auld Lang Syne (The New Year's Anthem),” “Emotions” and “We Belong Together.” Mariah was unable to sing due to faulty in-ear monitors.
After her technical problems in 2016, Mariah was back on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on December 31, 2017, where she delivered an amazing live performance of “Vision Of Love” and “Hero.”
