The 63rd annual Golden Globe Awards aired on NBC live from the Beverly Hilton hotel in California. Mariah presented the award for Best Original Song: Motion Picture, which went to “A Love That Will Never Grow Old,” from Brokeback Mountain.
Mariah, whose song “The Star” was nominated in the Best Song: Motion Picture category, presented the award for Best Score: Motion Picture, which went to Alexandre Desplat's The Shape of Water during the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton on January 7, 2018. The song “This Is Me,” from the movie The Greatest Showman took home the Best Song: Motion Picture trophy.
