Charmbracelet Tour

Mariah embarked on her longest tour ever in 2003, in support of her Charmbracelet album. The first leg of the tour kicked off in Seoul, South Korea, on June 21 and wrapped up in Nagoya, Japan, on July 15, after ten shows in the country.

For the second leg of the tour, Mariah embarked on her first-ever theater tour visiting all major cities across North America. The Charmbracelet Tour — An Intimate Evening kicked off at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on July 26. “I am passionate about doing something more intimate for my fans.” Mariah said on a press release. “I'm used to doing arena tours and for me this is a whole new experience. This is about my music and my fans.”

The European leg of the tour, spanning fifteen cities, saw Mariah performing in countries like Russia, Austria and Switzerland for the first time. On November 2003, Mariah performed at Shanghai's Hong Kou Stadium, her first-ever concert in China, followed by a show at the Fort Open Field in Manila, Philippines.

Eight additional dates across the United States were announced for December 2003. The tour wrapped up with six additional dates on February 2004, which saw Mariah performing in Asia and the Middle East.
