Mariah included a medley of “O Little Town Of Bethlehem” and “Little Drummer Boy” on her second Christmas album, Merry Christmas II You, released in 2010. “Randy Jackson, Big Jim Wright and I did this arrangement where it's sort of a medley of the two,” Mariah said on HSN. “It's kind of a cool different way to hear it but you get used to it after listening to it one time. I really enjoyed singing it.”
O little town of Bethlehem
How still we see thee lie
Above thy deep and dreamless sleep
The silent stars go by
Yet in thy dark streets shineth
The everlasting light
The hopes and fears of all the years
Are met in thee tonight
Pa, rum, pa, pum, pum
Rum, pa, pum, pum
Rum, pa, pum, pum
Then he smiled at me
For Christ is born of Mary
And gathered all above
While mortals sleep
The angels keep
Their watch of wondering love
All morning stars together
Proclaim the Holy birth
And praise and sing
To God the King
And peace to men on Earth
