She has five additional Multi-Platinum albums: Emotions, certified 4X Platinum in 1996; Merry Christmas, certified 3X Platinum in 2022; Butterfly, certified 2X Platinum in 1997; Rainbow, certified 2X Platinum in 1999; and The Emancipation Of Mimi, which was certified 3X Platinum in 2007. MTV Unplugged, E=MC² and the Glitter movie soundtrack have been certified Platinum, while Charmbracelet was certified Gold in 2003.
“All I Want For Christmas Is You” was certified Diamond on October 26, 2022, denoting sales and streams of over 800,000 units. In 2024, “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” became Mariah's second multi-platinum single, after being certified 2X Platinum. Music Canada has also certified three additional Platinum singles: “Hero,” “O Holy Night;” and her collaboration with Justin Bieber on the SuperFestive! Version of “All I Want For Christmas Is You;” as well as six Gold singles: “Dreamlover,” “Without You,” “Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town,” “Silent Night,” “Honey” and “Through The Rain.”
