Mariah partnered with Virtual Dining Concepts in December 2020 to create Mariah's Cookies — a delivery-only, virtual brand. “Mariah and I have chatted over the years about working together on a food business and, with her love of baking, cookies were a natural fit,” restauranteur Robert Earl explained. “As Mariah is synonymous with the holidays and celebration, we will make sure that her special holiday flavors are available not only for the holidays but year-round.” The line includes flavors that range from holiday treats to classic favorites. These delectable treats are available in boxes of 6 or 12 and customers can choose any combination of flavors and have them delivered right to their door.
Besides the six original flavors, Mariah's Cookies has also launched special limited edition cookies (Red Velvet for Valentine's Day, Gingerbread and Pumpkin for the Holiday season and Mimi's Rainbow for Pride Month), as well as exclusive packaging.
